61st Report in 2013: The Analysis of the Structure of Chinese Enterprise Innovation Subject

Abstract: Chinese enterprises have already become the subject of R&D input and R&D activities, but there is still a distance to be the subject of technology innovation. The enterprises do not have enough high level innovation talents and the innovation policy still needs to be improved. This paper gives suggestions on the cultivation of innovative talents, the talent flow mechanism, the collaboration among industries, universities and research institutes, innovative talent policy and etc., to promote enterprises to become the subject of technology innovation.
