59th Report in 2013: The Challenges that China Faces in Big Data Times and Countermeasures

Abstract: This paper studies the big data and its characteristics. It analyses the influence of the global big data growth to the world. It points out that China will face the following challenges such as the security management ability of big data, the storage and processing ability of big data, the application ability of big data and the cultivation of big data talents. According to these challenges, it proposes the relative countermeasures.
