55th Report in 2013: The SMEs Financial Service Mode of SBA in U.S. and Its Enlightenment to China

Abstract: During the past 20 years(1992-2012), SMEs in U.S. have created more than two thirds new employment positions. 28 million SMEs employed 60 million American people, which accounted for 50% labour force of private entities. Particularly, the Small Business Administration(SBA) played a very active role in SMEs innovation and entrepreneurship. It provided a huge amount of loans and services like financing assurance, government procurement service, business consulting service and other services. Among these services, the credit financing service has achieved a great success in promoting the credit financing of SMEs. This paper introduces its successful experience and analyses its enlightenment to the development of Chinese SMEs.
