95th Report in 2013: Take Serious Attention to Graphite

Abstract: Graphite has become an important part of China's strategic emerging industries. It has great development space. The same as rare earth, China's graphite industry has primarily formed a industrial system. Enterprises started making profits. However, graphite industry also has many problems such as loose industrial organization, serious resource environment, low technology innovation ability and etc. To avoid the tragic end as rare earth, this paper appeals for attention to graphite industry development.
