81st Report in 2013: The Application of Innovation Vouchers in China

 Abstract: In September of 2012, Suqian City of Jiangsu Province implemented innovation vouchers and achieved good results. This paper analyses its experience, characteristics and problems and gives suggestions for the popularization of innovation vouchers in China.
