Abstract: The combination of new generation of information technology and biology technology represents the leading edge of the development of emerging industries and medical and health services. Currently, this field also faces new problems such as industrial resource integration, appropriate technology development, business mode innovation and etc.. This paper gives suggestions from the aspects of technology development direction, innovative organization mode, spacial arrangement, and pilot demonstration.
