51st Report in 2013: Opinions on the Development of Wind Power

Abstract：From 2006, the stalling of wind power machine kept increasing in China. Its total number of the installation is ranking NO.1 in the world now. However, the utilization efficiency is not high. The wind power is often abandoned. The construction of power grid and market development obviously lag behind the rapid growth of the capacity. This paper reviews the situation of the fast development of China's wind power, analyses the problems that exists in wind power industry, and gives suggestions on its future development.
