16th Report in 2013: On S&T Achievements Funded by the Government

Abstract: This paper analyses the transformation of S&T achievements funded by government. It found that the policy barrier is the main problem during the transformation. It also analyses the relevant policies in overseas and proposes some policy suggestions for the management of technical intangible assets in China.
