13th Report in 2013: The Practise of Inclusive Innovation and Its Enlightenments

Abstract: This paper combs and analyses the conception and characteristic of inclusive innovation. Inclusive innovation aims at improving the economic and social benefits of the marginalized social groups. This paper, combined with the foreign experience, discusses the enlightenment to China and proposes some relative policy suggestions.
